Georgia man charged after hit-and-run crash in Montgomery Co. kills 1, injures 9 One woman was killed and several others, including three children, were hurt after a multivehicle crash on the Capital Beltway in Montgomery County, Maryland, late Tuesday night.Maryland State Police said 23-year-old Jayleen Hannor, of Macon, Georgia, was under the influence of alcohol and behind the wheel of a Mercedes SUV that was going the wrong way before crashing into two cars on the Beltway in North Bethesda.Hannor was charged with driving under the influence and failure to immediately return and remain at the scene of an accident involving death, according to state police.
